Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor, process shipments, replenish stock, and execute merchandising plans with accuracy and care.

You’ll support the team and guests, prioritize safety, and uphold AE’s brand standards, while gaining experience in stock operations and retail presentation. Flexible availability including weekends is preferred.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your place, you also flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Job Description

This role requires effective and timely shipment processing, maintaining efficient Stockroom operations, identifying merchandising opportunities, collaborating with team members, and adhering to safety, Asset Protection, and company policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Ensure the Stockroom runs efficiently and productively by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct it.
• Assist team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest assistance as needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.
