American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the stockroom to the salesfloor. You will process shipments, replenish stock, apply markdowns, and merchandise to keep inventory flowing smoothly.

You will maintain the stockroom, support the team and guests, and follow AE policies. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, with potential for advancement and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenish stock, apply markdowns, and perform merchandising to keep product moving efficiently.
• Maintain the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized and functional.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop action plans, and execute improvements.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks and support guests whenever needed.
• Adhere to safety, asset protection, and AEO policies and procedures in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support team and guest needs on the Salesfloor, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work daily.
