YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You are passionate about brand standards and are a go‑getter at keeping product moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• In the stockroom you own the space, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized to maintain an efficient, productive environment.
• You are innovative, spotting merchandising opportunities, informing store leadership, making a game plan, and taking action to correct issues.
• You support teamwork, stepping in to help team members with non‑stock-related tasks or guest assistance.
• You prioritize safety, following asset protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures in both the stockroom and on the sales floor.
