Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Mashantucket, CT. You will move products from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, while upholding AE standards.

You’ll keep the stockroom organized, assist guests and teammates, and help drive merchandising opportunities. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock or merchandising roles is preferred.
• Strong eye for product placement and store standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Maintain stockroom organization and visual merchandising elements.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and inform store leadership.
• Assist teammates and guests with non-store tasks as needed.
• Uphold safety and Asset Protection standards in both Stockroom and Salesfloor.

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Passion for brand standards: keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative: inform store leadership and take action to correct merchandising opportunities.
• Teamwork: always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity: safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
