Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Branson, MO is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You will protect store standards and contribute to an organized stockroom while supporting the team on the sales floor. You will need strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving from stockroom to sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Manage stockroom operations to stay organized and efficient, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures are in place.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with store leadership to plan and act on improvements.
• Support team and guests on the sales floor when needed, contributing to a smooth store operation.
• Follow safety standards and asset protection procedures in all stockroom and sales floor activities.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ve got a passion for brand standards: You're a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The stockroom is your home base and you own it! You're a master at keeping the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
