Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who helps move product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipments, replenishment, and merchandising.

You’ll support the team and guests on the sales floor as needed, while upholding AEO standards and bringing your real self to work. You’ll keep the stockroom organized, inform leadership of merchandising opportunities, and help with non-stock tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock-related roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and eye for merchandising.
• Able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willing to start early, finish late, and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move product from stockroom to sales floor through shipments and replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and running efficiently; manage visuals and fixtures.
• Notice merchandising opportunities and work with leadership to plan and act.
• Assist teammates and guests with non-stock tasks when needed.

Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products!
• You love organization and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
• You have worked in a stock-related role previously.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
