Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You will uphold AEO brand standards with an eye for detail and teamwork, while bringing your authentic self to work daily. You will support the stockroom and salesfloor, keeping areas organized, addressing merchandising opportunities, and assisting guests and teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock-related roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenish stock, markdowns, and merchandising to keep product moving.
• Keep stockroom organized and operational, with merchandise, props, marketing and fixtures in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate with store leadership to implement improvements.
• Assist teammates with non-stock tasks and guest assistance as needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies in stockroom and on the sales floor.

Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You’re a go‑getter, keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base; you keep it running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• When you see a merchandising opportunity you inform store leadership, make a game plan and take action to correct it.
• You’re always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Safety standards are a priority in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You have flexible availability—you’re there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
• You have worked in a stock‑related role previously—you’ve practiced, you’re ready.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
