Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will uphold AEO Brand Standards and assist guests and team with merchandising and stock tasks.

Flexibility is required, with early mornings, late evenings, and weekend availability. Prior stock experience is a plus, and a passion for organization and detail will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep Stockroom organized and ensure merchandise, visuals, marketing, and fixtures stay tidy.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership to plan and act.
• Assist teammates and guests as needed with non-stock tasks.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection standards and comply with AEO policies.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you ensure product moves from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Passionate about brand standards: you are a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving through efficient shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Own the Stockroom: you master keeping the Space organized, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative: when you spot a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to correct it.
• Team player: you are always prepared to step in and help teammates with non-stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity: safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
