YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
- People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team, serve as a role model, and hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, and focus on training and developing associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
- Teamwork and engagement: You set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, celebrate successes, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Visual and operational excellence: You execute daily visual standards, manage shipment processing, merchandising, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
- Integrity and safety: You uphold store safety, Asset Protection policies, adhere to company procedures, and always do the right thing.
QUALIFICATIONS

- You have previous retail management experience.
- You excel at multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management.
- You possess strong business acumen.
