How you'll make an impact:
Cin7 is expanding its UK footprint, and we are looking for a high-impact Sales Team Lead to drive our regional growth. This is a quota-carrying leadership role where you will own new business revenue for the UK, while building and scaling a high-performing sales team.
You will work closely with the VP of Global Sales, Account Executives, and Business Development teams to develop a scalable GTM strategy, refine outbound and inbound sales motions, and establish Cin7 as the go-to inventory management platform in the UK market.
As the first leadership hire in the region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and have the opportunity to grow into a UK Sales Manager role as the team expands.

In return, we offer:
£65,000 - £75,000 a year Base salary + £35,000 on-target commission annually
Location: You must be based in London Metropolitan Area with the right to work in the UK.
