As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
2. Floorsets are your expertise: Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards, including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
3. You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Recognize merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
4. Teamwork: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store always looks #fresh.
5. People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
6. Integrity: Uphold store safety standards, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
