YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates. You ensure the store is 'guest ready' through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be proactive in identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh.
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition, celebrating team wins.
• Integrity matters: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
