Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Orlando to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of our company, educating guests about AE & Aerie products, and guiding them through our loyalty program while supporting multiple store areas.

You should love interacting with people and be energized by a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays are important to fit

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie product; educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• You collaborate with your team and help get the job done.
• You maintain integrity by following AEO’s policies and procedures.

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
