Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Ellenton, FL to bring our brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience every day.

You will connect with guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program while moving across Salesfloor, fitting room, stockroom, and wrap areas. You’ll enjoy product education, build brand loyalty, and represent our values with a friendly, energetic, and guest‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Able to engage customers and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and brand loyalty programs.
• Promote AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns within company policy.

Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• You are a team player and always willing to assist your teammates.
• You uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
