Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Winchester, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You’ll represent our values, love the products, and build brand loyalty with every interaction.

You’ll engage guests using the selling model, educate them on AE and Aerie items, and promote the loyalty program while working across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work in any zone—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom—as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• Be a team player, always willing to assist teammates.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
