Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Eugene, OR is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our company, engage with guests, educate on AE/Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program.

Ideal candidates love interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Retail experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every customer to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
