Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Durham, NC. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and building loyalty with guests.

Responsibilities include using the AEO Selling Model, educating guests on products, and promoting the AE/Aerie loyalty program. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected; prior retail experience is a plus.

• Flexibly support any zone—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom—as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and help get the job done, demonstrating teamwork.
• Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location.
