Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Denton, TX. You will be the face of our brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience while staying true to our values.

Use the AE Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and enroll them in the loyalty program. You will support Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and the fitting room, helping teammates and resolving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a friends first mindset.
• Passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly perform tasks in the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist team members and help get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity.

YOU'RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE

• Have prior retail experience.
• Are at least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
