American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Heath, OH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the company, promoting AE & Aerie products and helping guests join the loyalty program.

The role requires energy, guest interaction, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is helpful, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Assist team to get the job done.
• Follow AEO policies with integrity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures and act with integrity.
