American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to energize our store visit experience. You will be the face of the brand, spreading enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products while building loyalty with every guest.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for development and career advancement and a strong focus on seasonal discounts and employee benefits at participating locations.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Have retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and propose suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt to Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork.
• Act with integrity and follow policies and procedures.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
