American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Fairfax to deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will represent the brand, share product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs while staying energized and helpful on the sales floor and other store areas.

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Be passionate about AE & Aerie products and recommend items that fit guest needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt to any zone—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom—as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products; guests come to you to learn about product details, and you suggest items that fit their needs.
