AJC's Regional Offices connect the local communities with AJC's global advocacy work to enhance the well-being of the Jewish people and Israel. We maintain the agency's nationwide presence by attracting leaders and donors to AJC, enhancing the organization’s influence with key local, national, and international decision makers and stakeholders, implementing advocacy initiatives at the state and local level, and establishing and nurturing community relationships.
This position makes an impact at AJC by planning and managing work with significant impact on the organization's mission and goals; may supervise direct reports. Works with moderate latitude to solve moderately complex and complex problems and make significant impact decisions.
Incumbents plan and manage programs, projects, initiatives, and events that advance AJC's mission and advocacy efforts. Working with autonomy, an Associate Director is responsible for planning and executing departmental strategies, engaging and communicating with influential stakeholders, and building coalitions and partnerships.

The salary for this position is $103,000 - $115,000 depending on relevant experience and location.
