• Experience with adults who have mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with individuals and assist in achieving personal goals.
• Assess individuals' hopes and provide supports to meet goals.
• Protect rights and promote advocacy and self-determination.
• Supervise and train individuals in work settings and safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation including progress notes, timesheets and incidents.
• Maintain records, attendance, and production sheets; participate in meetings and trainings.
