NLACRC, a private, non-profit agency serving the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley, seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide information, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families.

The role involves coordinating services, documenting regulations, and advocating with community agencies. A Bachelor's in a human services field and 2+ years of related experience are required; a Master's degree may substitute.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field.
• At least two years of related experience. A Master’s degree may substitute for experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document and complete forms/reports per NLACRC regulations and policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule/interdisciplinary meetings with families, service providers, advocates.
• Identify barriers to services and apply culturally sensitive strategies.
