Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader in wealth management technology enablement to coach advisors across platforms, driving adoption of CRM, portfolio management, and custodial tools through hands-on training and live demonstrations. You will surface utilization gaps, lead platform-change initiatives, and measure progress with clear metrics, supporting advisors toward self-sufficiency on core systems.

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in wealth management technology enablement or advisor training.
• Hands-on fluency across CRM, portfolio management, custodial, and AI-enabled advisor tools.
• Proven track record of driving utilization lift and trainer effectiveness.

• Deliver continuous technology-stack utilization coaching across assigned advisor books
• Run technology demonstrations and sandbox sessions for prospective advisors in recruiting
• Own platform-proficiency training in every transition so advisors reach self-sufficiency on core systems

• Able to lead credible live demonstrations for prospective advisors in a competitive recruiting setting
• Bachelor's degree required
