Pariveda seeks an Advisory Manager to lead client engagements and drive transformation across change, operating models, and org design. You will mentor teams, frame recommendations, and deliver implementations in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape strategies, and develop capabilities across diverse industries, leveraging proven frameworks and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional consulting or related senior experience.
• Experience leading or managing teams and workstreams on change, org, or process projects.
• Familiarity with common consulting frameworks and transformation methods.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and provide actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• As Advisory Manager, lead day-to-day activities on engagements with client stakeholders.
• Drive change, org design, and operating model transformations from framing to delivery.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Manage project planning, estimation, execution, and risk/resource management.
• Coach Associates and Senior Consultants; collaborate with Principals and VPs.
