Qualifications

• Professional consulting background, ideally from a Big 4 or comparable firm.
• Strong experience in organizational change, business readiness, and adoption support.
• Change management certifications and experience in designing and delivering training.
• Experience supporting process improvement across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution: Understand client business to deliver work products with real business impact.
• Project management: Ensure project success across large-scale initiatives.
• Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings, workshops with client stakeholders.
• Delivery ownership: Produce high-quality client deliverables across Change Management and cross-functional needs.
• Client collaboration: Build credibility with mid- to senior-level client partners.
• Change enablement: Apply communication, problem-solving, and PM skills to support adoption.
• Cross-disciplinary consulting: Work across multiple disciplines, teams, and functions.
