Linedata Asset Management partners with global asset managers across front-, middle-, and back-office operations. Our Consulting organization plays a critical role not only in delivering solutions, but in ensuring clients successfully adopt, optimize, and realize long‑term value from their technology investment. The Advisory Consultant works closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, guide effective system usage, and improve operational outcomes. While not owning full project delivery, this role maintains hands‑on involvement in defined implementation activities to support continuity, credibility, and adoption success. This position is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working directly with clients, understands both technology and business workflows, and is motivated by helping clients turn systems into results.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and guiding them on how to best leverage Linedata solutions to achieve desired outcomes. Conduct regular client check‑ins, solution reviews, and value assessments to ensure ongoing alignment between system usage and business needs. Translate client challenges into actionable recommendations focused on adoption, process improvement, and operational optimization.
Assess client usage, workflows, and solution maturity to identify adoption gaps and optimization opportunities. Support the development and execution of adoption strategies, including best‑practice guidance, targeted enablement sessions, and workflow recommendations. Lead or co‑lead client workshops and training sessions focused on improving user confidence, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Participate in defined implementation and upgrade activities to support client adoption and continuity, including configuration support, testing, and validation. Collaborate with Implementation Consultants on scoped delivery tasks to ensure solutions align with intended business workflows. Perform first‑level analysis of functional or usage issues and partner with technical teams to support timely resolution. Contribute to documentation related to workflows, requirements, and adoption guidance.
Proactively identify risks to client satisfaction and adoption, and work collaboratively with internal teams to address concerns before they escalated. Support positive client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and value‑focused engagement. Contribute to retention and renewal readiness by helping clients understand and realize the benefits of their Linedata solutions.
Partner closely with Implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from project delivery into steady‑state adoption and advisory support. Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to support renewal readiness, client growth opportunities, and strategic account planning. Capture and communicate structured client feedback to Product and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap discussions and service improvements.
The on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $122,000 to $147,000, including base salary and variable pay. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market expertise.
Comprehensive benefits: health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs. Linedata regularly reviews compensation programs to support equity, reward performance, and reflect evolving market conditions.
