Job summary

Forms Logic is seeking an experienced delivery lead to own advisor transitions from kickoff to completion in the Los Angeles area. You will act as the day-to-day contact for departing and receiving firms, ensuring migrations stay on schedule and clients experience a seamless move.

You will manage end-to-end engagements, coordinate data mapping and account paperwork, and partner with Product and Engineering to enhance our Migrator delivery playbooks while maintaining strict security and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in wealth management operations, advisor transitions, onboarding, or custodial/platform conversions.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing projects with firm deadlines.
• Working knowledge of account opening, ACATs, repapering, and the Broker Protocol.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with advisors, operations teams, and executives.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Preferred: experience with workflow or onboarding platforms, project management tools, or a prior implementation/delivery role in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition and migration engagements, including scoping, planning, and execution.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across client, custodian, and internal teams.
• Coordinate data mapping, account paperwork, and tape-to-tape processes with receiving and departing firms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, communicating status and surfacing risks early.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve Migrator and delivery playbooks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle sensitive client data in line with security and compliance standards.
