Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or client-facing role.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.
• Experience with advisory platforms and technology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth training to advisors and staff on LPL core technology and processes.
• Tailor training to advisor needs during transitions and asset transfers.
• Develop delivery plans and choose modalities for different audiences.
• Prepare and present large-scale training sessions.
