Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Transition Support Partner to lead advisor transitions across all business lines. You will train on LPL technology, coordinate with departments, and ensure a seamless move from prior brokers to LPL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or a client-facing role.
• Must be able to travel up to 50-60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective advisors to understand their business and plan a transition to LPL.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support advisor onboarding and data transfers.
• Deliver training on LPL technology and processes for advisor staff.
• Act as the go-to person throughout the advisor transition, escalating when needed.
