Job summary

LPL Financial seeks a Transition Support Partner to work with advisors transitioning to LPL through mergers or large institution transactions. You will train on core technology, advise on asset transfers, and ensure smooth transitions to the LPL environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial services, experience hosting webinars, and the ability to travel up to 15%. This role offers a dynamic, team-driven setting with growth opportunities within Business Development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or client-facing role.
• Experience with hosting webinars or presenting to large audiences.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-depth training to independent and institutional advisors and their staff on LPL core technology.
• Select delivery modalities that best serve audience segments and program objectives.
• Demonstrate effective communication, presentation and questioning skills.
• Provide repapering support to aid new advisors in moving their book of business to LPL Financial.
• Be the subject matter expert in LPL technology training and account processes during transition.
• Forecast each advisor’s unique needs and conduct due diligence to address them quickly.
