Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead advisor technology transitions. This hybrid Fort Mill, SC role supports onboarding initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality transitions for advisors and internal partners.

You will manage documentation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications, leveraging Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Excel to track progress and deliverables. PMP/Agile experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Financial services or wealth management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage advisor technology transition projects from initiation through completion, typically 3–5 months.
• Serve as primary project contact for advisors, leading meetings and communicating timelines and changes.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with advisors and cross-functional teams to keep activities aligned and on schedule.
• Coordinate activities across technology teams (networking, telecom, workstations, infrastructure, email, data migration).
• Document project milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables; maintain status updates in Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet.
