Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Trading & Onboarding Consultant to assist with advisor onboarding, platform training, conversion data review and post-conversion support. The role spans Fort Mill, SC; Tempe, AZ; and San Diego, CA in a hybrid setup, for a 6+ month contract.

The candidate will learn detailed trading workflows, communicate with financial professionals, review issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting model-based workflows and

Qualifications

2+ years in financial services or trading operations.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and follow-through skills.
Ability to learn new platforms and workflows quickly.
Experience supporting onboarding, training, conversions or technology implementations.
Experience with data review, QA/UAT testing or issue tracking.
Experience with model-based portfolio management or rebalancing.
Experience providing advisor or client support by phone.

Responsibilities

Provide support for model management, assignments, restrictions and equivalents.
Assist with platform training via webinars, office hours and calls.
Help users understand differences between systems and workflows.
Review conversion data to identify missing models or setup issues.
Research and document advisor, account, model, and system questions.
Escalate complex discrepancies to business or technology partners.
Update job aids, FAQs, and training materials detailing workflow differences.
Track advisor questions, ownership and follow-up through resolution.
Support system testing, defect tracking and post-conversion stabilization.
Maintain knowledge of investment products, trading systems and rebalancing methodologies.
Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Product, Operations and Training teams.
