Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is hiring a Project Manager to lead advisor technology transition projects in a hybrid Fort Mill, SC setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure high client service levels for onboarding liquidity and succession transactions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet. PMP/Agile backgrounds are a plus.

Qualifications

• Financial services or wealth management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience preferred; candidates with strong PM experience will be considered.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Excel.
• Experience leading complex initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage advisor technology transition projects from initiation through completion, typically 3–5 months.
• Lead introductory and status meetings with advisors, communicating timelines and changes clearly.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with advisors and cross-functional teams to stay aligned on schedule.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables with Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet.
