Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, project management, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, wealth management, or client relationship management (or equivalent demonstrated competency).
• Experience with transition initiatives, process improvements, or cross-functional projects is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Track transition milestones, schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent transitions; monitor progress and report status to the Advisor Integrations Manager.
• Schedule and coordinate transition meetings; prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action item tracking.
• Manage transition-related data in Excel and reporting dashboards; assist in preparing weekly progress reports with transition metrics and KPIs.
• Support relationship building with internal departments and external partners under manager guidance; develop communication and coordination skills.
• Track advisor progress through training modules, milestones, and assessments; support scheduling and report acclimation status.
