Qualifications

• 2+ years of inbound call center experience.
• Financial Services industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple systems/windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to field partners and clients in a call center environment.
• Advocate for VFA Broker Dealer using research and analytical skills to resolve account issues.
• Deliver accurate and prompt service with a sense of urgency.
• Be available to work 8am–5pm CST shifts.
