Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Relationship Associate 1 to assist Financial Advisors in establishing and maintaining client accounts and relationships. The role handles routine transactions and account servicing while delivering the highest quality service.

You will review documentation for new and existing accounts, submit for processing, and maintain records. With licensing in mind, you’ll ensure timely completion of tasks and proactive client communications to grow wallet share.

Qualifications

• Assist Financial Advisors in establishing and maintaining client accounts.
• Handle routine transactions and account servicing with high service quality.
• Maintain records and ensure timely documentation processing.
• Complete continuing education to maintain licenses and broker/dealer status.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for new and existing accounts for accuracy.
• Submit documentation for processing and sales review.
• Initiate Redtail Workflow to verify transaction completion.
• Interact independently with customers and resolve service issues.
• Assist with coordination of business plan elements and client referrals.
• Maintain client files and ensure records are current.
• Perform risk management duties as required by policy.
