Job summary

First Community Bank is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the Branch Manager and Financial Advisors in establishing and maintaining client accounts. You will handle routine transactions, review paperwork, and maintain client files while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support BM and FAs by handling account paperwork and client files.
• Answer calls and respond to customer requests and service issues.
• Coordinate business plan elements for prospecting and client retention.
• Complete continuing education to maintain licenses and registrations.
• Perform general clerical duties and assist with regulatory requirements.
• Refer clients to other bank services and ensure risk is monitored.
