Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to support consumer banking transactions, account servicing and lending within the Retail unit. The role emphasizes greeting customers, identifying needs and leveraging leads to drive cross-sell opportunities.

The incumbent will work under the Branch Manager’s direction, maintain data quality, and participate in the complete lifecycle of customer relationships while adhering to policies and risk management programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products, and services.
• Sales and referral experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions and account servicing.
• Identify sales opportunities and referrals; meet weekly targets.
• Process teller and operational tasks per branch procedures.
• Utilize approved branch technology to enter referrals and process applications.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
