• Maintain records for all transactions and initiate Redtail Workflow.
• Interact with customers and resolve account servicing issues.
• Assist Financial Advisors with client contacts to grow wallet share.
• Complete continuing education to maintain licenses.
• Enter branch revenue crediting and manage fund movement as directed.
