Job summary

Orgill is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate the conversion of key accounts and manage new store projects under the Director of Dealer Conversions.

You will oversee third-party labor, collaborate with district and sales teams to identify opportunities, and support vendor conversions like Smart Start. Travel of up to 70% is required to support Orgill Dealer Markets.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Retail Hardware/merchandising experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%+ beyond Orgill Dealer Markets.

Job description

Performs the duties of onboarding new business to Orgill. Activities to include execution of the conversion process for assigned accounts as well as organizes and manages the development and implementation of New Store projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and manages the conversion of key accounts as assigned by the Director of Dealer Conversions.
  • Manages third party labor to complete project conversions.
  • Organizes and directs the development and/or implementation of New Store projects as assigned by the Director of Dealer Conversions.
  • Collaborates and assists their peers on large-scale projects that mandate multiple Retail Development Managers for execution
  • Assists in the sale of “Smart Start” vendor conversions.
  • Engage with the respective Business Development Manager, District Manager, and Sales Representatives to determine conversion opportunities.
  • Identify and sell if necessary Orgill’s retail service programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Competence to work effectively while away from the office using a cell phone, laptop, tablet, and other electronic devices as required.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Retail Hardware and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
  • Must be willing to travel up to or more than 70% in addition to the Orgill Dealer Markets.
