Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking an Advisor Liaison to serve as the primary contact between Jordan Creek Financial Solutions and affiliated financial professionals, ensuring strong advisor relationships, regulatory compliance, and smooth operations.

You will review daily activity, approve new business, provide guidance on policy changes, and support strategic projects across the firm, applying excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supervisors and professionals to communicate policies and procedures.
• Supervise securities activity and review or approve sales activity and correspondence.
• Identify and address professional needs using data and responsive service.
• Review, analyze, and approve daily new business and support paperwork.
• Lead process improvement and track escalated issues through resolution.
• Provide guidance on business strategy and branch growth, including training.
• Collaborate on strategic projects and reinforce regulatory compliance.
