CPS, Inc. seeks an experienced plan design specialist to expand relationships with COIs such as advisors, attorneys, and CPAs. You will leverage knowledge of ERISA-compliant plan designs to drive new business and cross-sell services.

In this role, you will sell startup and takeover plans through trusted advisors, identify opportunities for enhancements, and strengthen existing relationships while delivering expert guidance on compliance and plan design.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to develop relationships with COIs such as advisors, attorneys, and CPAs.
• Knowledge of ERISA compliance and defined contribution plan design.
• Experience selling retirement plans to corporate and individual clients.

Responsabilidades

• Sell startup and takeover retirement plans through advisory networks.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and additional services.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with advisors, attorneys, and CPAs.
• Provide plan design and compliance expertise to clients.
