CPS Inc. is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Sales Consultant in New York to lead true new-business development by cultivating relationships with COIs such as ERISA attorneys, CPAs, and accounting firms.

You will drive opportunities with retirement plan sponsors and cross-sell services like fiduciary guidance and 3(21)/3(38) investments. In this role, you’ll explain and position plan designs, ERISA compliance, and related services while collaborating with recordkeepers.

Formación

• 5+ years of retirement plan sales experience.
• Proven success developing COI relationships and generating new business.
• Series 65 preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen relationships with advisors, attorneys, and CPAs.
• Generate startup and takeover business through COI relationships.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and plan enhancements.
• Serve as a resource on plan design, compliance, and ERISA.
• Explain and position cross-tested, profit-sharing, and cash balance plans.
• Work with daily recordkeepers and understand plan setup and administration.
