Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of retirement plan sales experience.
• Proven success developing COI relationships and generating new business.
• Series 65 preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and strengthen relationships with advisors, attorneys, and CPAs.
• Generate startup and takeover business through COI relationships.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and plan enhancements.
• Serve as a resource on plan design, compliance, and ERISA.
• Explain and position cross-tested, profit-sharing, and cash balance plans.
• Work with daily recordkeepers and understand plan setup and administration.
