Job summary

Kestra Holdings seeks a strategic Product Manager to own Platform Production Support and Integrations with third-party vendors. You will drive reliability, supportability, and a robust integrations roadmap while partnering with engineering, security, and operations.

You will establish clear SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, runbooks, and post-incident reviews, guiding end-to-end integration lifecycles and vendor performance management to ensure secure, scalable connections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cross-functional settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with production support, NOC/service desk, or SRE/operations.
• Experience delivering third-party integrations (APIs, security reviews, releases).

Responsibilities

• Own the platform production support vision and roadmap.
• Define the production support operating model and incident processes.
• Manage reliability metrics and dashboards; report to stakeholders.
• Lead vendor integrations lifecycle and performance management.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture tradeoffs for resiliency.
