Job summary

Kestra Holdings in Austin, TX, is seeking a Manager of Advisor Platform to lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data products and aligning solutions with business priorities. You will build business cases, guide requirements, and collaborate across technology and business stakeholders to enable scalable platforms and improved advisor outcomes.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university.
3–5 years of relevant experience; financial services and/or operations analysis preferred.
Agile Product Management and backlog prioritization experience.
API and data integration concepts knowledge.
Familiarity with UX tools such as Pendo and Figma.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the priorities, workload capacity, and deliverables of Business Analysts and Product Owners.
Provide guidance in requirements approach and problem statement formation.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
Balance technology and business needs and communicate with both teams.
Develop and build business cases to enable technology changes.
Recommend technology solutions to improve decision-making around core systems and strategies.
Act as liaison in defining technology solutions for complex business problems.
