Job summary
Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Advisor Platform in Austin, TX.
The role leads a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts to own end-to-end data products, aligning solutions with business priorities and maximizing adoption across the organization. You will build business cases, guide requirements, and partner with technology teams to drive capabilities in advisor platforms and data integration.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from a four-year college.
- 3–5 years relevant experience; financial services and/or operations analysis preferred.
- Agile Product Management and backlog prioritization experience.
- Requirements gathering and user story development experience.
- Knowledge of API and data integration concepts; familiarity with UX tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise priorities, workload, and deliverables of Business Analysts and Product Owners.
- Provide guidance in requirements approach and problem statement formation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
- Balance technology and business issues; communicate with tech and business teams.
- Develop and build business cases to enable technology change; propose solutions.
