Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year general insurance and/or contracting & appointment processing experience in an agency or carrier setting with life and annuity products.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advisor onboarding and program administration through the various stages, including background checks and contract terms with the broker-dealer.
• Assist contracting and appointment processing, ensuring licensing, carrier appointments, training completions, and materials are in good order.
• Collaborate on special projects and committees to advance Sequent Planning's mission; support management with assigned duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
